Returns

Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of mehendi stickers and stencils, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.

Refunds / Replacements

Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, or

• The product received is incorrect (wrong design or quantity)

Conditions for Approval

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• You must provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof

• The product must be unused and in original condition

If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement, or

• A refund, at our discretion

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
